According to the announcement at the Windows message center, the company has found a problem connecting to a wireless network using WPA3 on a small number of devices that have applied the update KB4598298, released on January 21, 2021, or the update KB4601315, released on February 9, 2021. The update KB5001028 is now available to address the issue on Windows 10 and Windows Server version 1909. If you are still using version 1909 and Windows Update is enabled, the fix will download and install automatically. However, you can always force the download manually on Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
