Microsoft’s Grabriel Aul, in charge of the Windows Insider program, pointed out on Twitter that the company is testing internally build 10080, which if it gets approved, after a couple of days of testing, it could be the next preview Windows Insiders will receive to update their phones.

— Paolo La Mela (@Sicily98IT) May 12, 2015 If the software maker decides to move forward, build 10080 will be the fourth preview the company is pushing out publicly. While the first release of the new mobile operating system only supported a few devices, the second preview (build 10051) was the one that opened up to a large range of Lumia phones. Windows 10 MObile build 10052 only included a few fixes that caused some issues in build 10051. Previously Grabriel Aul said that the next build of Windows 10 will support the Lumia Icon, which is something that many users have been waiting for. Like recent previews of Windows 10 for desktop computers, build 10080 is expected to bring significant changes to the platform. Although, Microsoft hasn’t officially said much about the next build for phones, it’s likely that users will see new features and changes, more development for universal apps, and probably new enhancements in the Start menu, as recent screenshots from builds 10072 unveiled new transparency settings for the Start menu. Update: Microsoft may roll out Windows 10 Mobile 10080 on May 14. Update: Windows 10 Mobile build 10080 is now for download.
