New rumors confirmed early this week that Windows Phone 8.1 update, scheduled to be released in 2014, will indeed include at least two significant changes: notification-center and digital assistant like iPhone’s Siri, currently known as “Cortana”. Also Microsoft’s rumor on a new Surface Mini tablet keeps heating up and according to a new report the tablet will feature an 8-inch full-HD 1080p display and Kinect-like gestures.
