According to Thurrott.com, Bluetooth Quick Pair is already emerging in Windows 10 version 1803 (Redstone 4) builds for testers, and basically, instead of going through the normal pair process, you’ll simply need a Bluetooth device near your computer, as soon as Windows 10 detects the device and you tap the toast notification. While this is the basic idea, Microsoft has yet to announce and explain how Quick Pair will work in the next version of Windows 10. However, Thurrot.com report also mentions that the new feature works pretty much identical the way Apple AirPods and Android Fast Pair peripherals already connect mobile devices. In addition, Microsoft may not just limit this feature to certain Bluetooth devices, it could also expand to all sort of Bluetooth devices as well as Xbox and Surface peripherals.
