Today, according to WMPoweruser, Microsoft has confirmed during a Q&A session in India that it’s planning to expand Continuum support to more phones in the near future. Even though, it’s unclear when the company will bring Continuum to more phones, it’s still a good piece of information knowing that customers will have more choice of handsets supporting the new PC-like experience with Windows 10 Mobile.
While we’re now likely to see more phones supporting the feature, unfortunately it doesn’t mean that Microsoft is planning to bring Continuum to older Windows phones, as the feature still requires new hardware to drive multiple displays and perform more complex tasks.
