The Surface Docking Station will only be a Pro accessory, it will support the current Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2, but not the RT or the Surface 2 successor.

The dock design is heavy and bulky, the tablet will slide in at an angle and it’ll also feature a side arm to hold the device in place. Pricing is yet to be announced and there isn’t an official availability day, but the word on the street says it will ship alongside the release of Pro 2.
